To Appeal your Ban from our server please include the following:

1. The date and time of your ban.

2. Your in-game name at the time of the ban.

3. Your steam id.

4. Your version of why you were banned.

5. The name of any .:|GS|:. Admins or Members in the server at the time of your ban.
